f1gossipofficial After arriving in Australia last night and posting a picture hugging who fans believe to be Charles Leclerc, Y/N L/N made her F1 debut this morning during the practice sessions.

She and Charles appeared to be very close, only further fuelling the dating rumours that have been circulating the internet for the past month. As of yet, however, neither of the pair has confirmed nor denied the ongoing rumours.

"Charles Leclerc," Y/N warmly greets, resting her elbows on the table. "Welcome to our date."

Charles responds with a smile, settling back in his seat and gesturing around. "Y/N Y/LN, thank you. I'm very happy to be on our first date... here... with all these cameras," he remarks jokingly.

Y/N narrows her eyes slightly, briefly glancing around before refocusing on Charles with a hum. "I'm not sure what you're implying. This location is a solid 10 out of 10," she says, gesturing to their surroundings. "Besides, do you see the chicken?" she adds, plucking a single fry from her meal box and waving it in the air, awaiting his response.

"You mean the fry?" Charles chuckles, pointing. "That's not chicken."

Y/N takes a bite of the fry, pausing to swallow before clearing her throat. "I'm aware," she says with a dramatic tilt of her head and a tight-lipped smile. "I just grabbed it because I fancied a fry."

"But anyway," she continues, circling back to the initial question, "do... you... see... the... chicken?" Sensing his hesitation, she places her hands firmly on the table. "Look at me. It's a simple yes or no, Charles."

"Well, actually, it's yes or yes," she corrects herself with two affirmative nods, before redirecting her attention back to him.

Charles responds with a smile, though his expression betrays his confusion, evident in the different angles of his raised eyebrows. "Yes, I see it, Y/N."

"And do you taste it?" Y/N asks slowly.

"I haven't yet..."

"So, what are you waiting for?" she claps her hands together, motioning towards the untouched box of food in front of him. "Don't be shy now."

Charles chuckles as he sits up in his chair and leans forward, rummaging through the food before pulling out a chicken nugget. As he dips the piece in some ketchup, his eyes meet Y/N's once more, her wide-eyed nod urging him on.

"Go on."

"Okay, okay," he says, taking a bite. "Mmm," he nods, almost as if someone were holding a gun to his head, compelling him to do so.

"Oh," Y/N purses her lips and shakes her head, "I don't like it when people make noises while eating."

"Uh," Charles swallows and chuckles, "sorry?"

Y/N shrugs. "It's okay, I forgive you."

"Anyway," she inhales deeply, "what do you think? That's some good chicken, right?"

"Yeah, actually, it is really good," Charles nods as he speaks.

Suddenly, the video cuts to a staff member in chicken shop attire standing behind the counter, wearing a smile while staring at the camera, unmoving.

Then, the video returns to Charles and Y/N.

As Charles takes another bite of his chicken nugget, Y/N casually asks, "Do you think our children will like chicken?"

Coughing sounds interrupt as Charles drops his chicken into the box, knocking his fist against his chest until the sound clears. His voice croaks as he speaks, his brows furrowing, "Our children? We're talking about children already?"

Y/N's composure cracks slightly as she chuckles, clearly amused by his reaction, and observes him reaching for a glass of water, taking large gulps. However, she quickly regains control, shrugging nonchalantly before continuing, "Well, yeah. I don't know about you, but I date for marriage—I want a little family of my own someday. Don't you?"

Charles rubs his eyebrows and places the glass back on the table. "Yes, I do want to have a family one day. But this feels like it's moving very fast, don't you think?"

Y/N shakes her head. "Not at all. To be honest, I want one boy and one girl. What about you?"

At Y/N's continued forwardness, Charles releases a laugh, visibly bewildered, before scratching at his beard in deep thought. Propping up his elbows on the table, he finally responds, "I think I want a boy."

"—And a girl," Y/N interjects, smiling expectantly.

Charles blurts out a laugh, clearly taken aback, before nodding. "Yeah, a girl too. I don't really mind."

"Great, so we're on the same page then."

The video cuts off again, this time to the entrance of the chicken shop, slowly panning into the empty and bright interior with multiple tables and chairs. The camera stops on the large menu, featuring pictures of chicken and fries, lingering for a few moments before cutting back to Charles and Y/N.

However, this time Y/N is holding a piece of paper in front of her.

"So, I hear you're French?" Y/N glances up at Charles, noticing the grimace on his face. Quickly realising her mistake, she corrects herself, "Oh, hold on, no wait, don't kill me please. You speak French, but you're from Monaco—you don't claim France at all."

Charles laughs and nods in agreement. "Correct. I am Monegasque. Those are separate countries, yes."

Y/N purses her lips, her eyes flickering from side to side. "I know, I literally just said that." Clicking her tongue, she exhales a long breath and continues, "Anyway, what a coincidence. I'm actually trying to learn French."

Something flashes in Charles' eyes as he suddenly leans forward in his chair, his expression filled with keen interest. "Oh wow, tu l'es ? Comment vas-tu ?" (translation: "Oh wow, you are? How are you?")

Y/N freezes, her mouth parted slightly in a half-smile. For a moment, she just stares, clearly startled, before scratching the back of her neck and humming deep in thought. "Oh, okay, straight into the deep end, huh?" she chuckles and then blurts out, "Oui, oui?"

Charles tosses his head back, laughing, while Y/N folds her hands together, waiting expressionless for his laughter to subside. When he finally regains his composure, his eyes back on Y/N, she says, "Great, thanks."

"I'm sorry," Charles waves his hand in the air, "I just thought you'd know the basics already. My mistake."

Y/N narrows her gaze at him for a few moments before taking a deep breath. "Well, that's what I've got you here for." Clearing her throat, she tilts her gaze down at the paper and asks, "Let's start easy, shall we? I'm going to give you a few sentences in French, and you translate them back to me in English."

Charles furrows his brows. "Wouldn't it make more sense the other way around?"

"What can I say, I'm special," she shrugs, "I actually learn better this way."

"Ah, of course you are."

"Alright. Je t'aime."

"I love you," says Charles.

Y/N places her hand across her chest. "Aw, Charles. Dropping the L-bomb already, are we?"

Charles drags his teeth across his lower lip while shaking his head. "Next one, please."

“Veux-tu m'épouser?" (translation: "Will you marry me?")

Charles tilts his head sideways, an amused expression spreading across his face. “Seriously?”

Y/N clicks her tongue and shakes her head. “No, that doesn’t quite sound right. I think you might need to brush up on your French, Charles, because I’m pretty sure ‘Veux-tu m'épouser’ does not mean ‘seriously.’”

Exhaling a long breath, she rotates in her seat and straightens up. “Don’t worry though, I’ll give you another chance.”

Charles rolls his eyes playfully before releasing a whistle. Rubbing his hands together, he begins, “Will you marry me. That’s what it mea—”

“Charles!” Y/N's jaw drops as she interrupts him. “Well, I’m a hot commodity, you know? But I want to know, how would our marriage work? I mean, how long are you planning on racing, anyway?”

Charles smiles, slumping into his seat as he reaches for a fry and tosses it into his mouth. “I’m not sure, to be honest. I love racing and I want to be a world champion, so we’ll just have to see how long that takes.”

“You want to be a world champion, yet you extended your contract with Ferrari?” Y/N's brows furrow inquisitively. “That’s an interesting choice.”

A couple of chuckles escape Charles as he runs his hand up and down his neck, his gaze fixed on the half-empty box of food before him. After a moment's pause, he replies with a casual shrug, “They're like family to me. And honestly, when I see myself winning, it’s always with the Ferrari team by my side.”

“Fair enough,” Y/N exhales, her eyes widening as she claps her hands together. “I suppose I'll have to stock up on red outfits.”

Noticing Charles’ puzzled expression, Y/N theatrically rolls her eyes before explaining, “For our next date, silly. I’ll be your lucky charm, and then you can finally start winning and have a real shot at the World Championship.”

“Wow, how nice of you, Y/N,” Charles responds with a lazy smile. “Merci.”

“Oooh,” Y/N points at him, nodding in satisfaction, “I know that one. You’re welcome…”

“…Boyfriend?” she asks, narrowing her eyes at him. “What—what are we?”

He ponders for a moment, swaying slightly from side to side, then relents, “Okay, sure… girlfriend.”

The video cuts to the outro, displaying various polaroids of Y/N flashing by, accompanied by a text reading, ‘If you enjoyed the video, please don’t forget to like and subscribe for more! xx’.

Gained a liiiiittle bit but that’s okay cuz it was from celebrating and having fun 🥰 Yesterday my bf and I decided to FINALLY start browsing for engagement rings in-store and I fell in love with one in the very first store we stepped foot in. We even said we’ll wait and come back just cuz we weren’t expecting to purchase anything right away, but even after visiting another jewelry store and going home for a few hours I couldn’t stop thinking about that ring 😍 AND they were having a sale on that specific style of ring this weekend only so we felt like it was the perfect time to just get it. And when we went back in, the lady that helped us said we got lucky cuz someone else came in right after us and was interested in that same ring 😮‍💨 So my bf bought it for me and now I just have to wait for his proposal, which will probably be in the Fall b/c that’s when I asked him to plan it 👉🏼👈🏼 but now I also have to get him his ring! We looked at some styles online and he likes the 2 promise rings I got him back in 2021, so I’m thinking of ordering from them again, but he wants it in Yellow Gold to match my ring. And he wants a silicone ring for work, so I’ll have to get him one of those too ☺️

He also wanted to do a paint & sip at home. He never suggests doing stuff like that so I could tell he was getting all excited and emotional lol so we made a little plate of fancy cheese and crackers and shared some cider we had bought on our vacation in June and painted each other. I had showed him that trend of couples painting each other and the guys’ paintings are always so tragic lmao so he wanted to test his skills. I really surprised myself with how well I painted him considering I didn’t have any good paint colors that weren’t totally expired and considering I just haven’t painted in general in over a year, but it came out really well. His on the other hand…😂 we all knew it was gonna be a train wreck lmao but it was a good laugh and I’m happy he wanted to do something like that. Cuz usually he just asks if I want to play video games with him as a way of hanging out 😭 which I’ll happily do, but after finishing the Elden Ring DLC I’m a little burnt out on video games for a while. Until Hades 2 comes out 😗

Oh! I’m also excited because yesterday we went on a walk after lunch and it was super hot and humid out, but I noticed I wasn’t getting out of breath and I was walking a lot faster than usual without struggling to keep up with my bf! That’s such a big accomplishment, honestly. I make it sound like I’m 300 lbs overweight, but it’s crazy how just mostly eating clean and not over-eating can give you back so much energy. Like I’m not even exercising every day - it’s literally just the type of food I’m eating and how I’m eating it. I’m usually so exhausted after that specific walk, but it was a breeze yesterday. I could’ve even gone a second lap!

Super exciting to see my body changing in positive ways, even if it’s something small.

Yes! That's what I was thinking of! There's definitely a phenomenon of abusive parents being much nicer to their grandchildren in comparison to how they treated their children. I don't know if there's a term for it, I'm sure there is one in psychology? But anyway I think that very much applies to Logan. Also I don't know if I'd say it's Logan sharing love and if so it's definitely not a genuine or healthy love. We know there's the thing about the bloodline and how Logan feels about that and is with Sophie and Iverson. I think that him showing up was solely for like confirmed proof that his bloodline "had been passed down" and that's what Porce had done "good" of and why he thanked her. We know Logan doesn't view his children as serious people and he doesn't take any of them seriously from the very first episode. There's this whole thing going on about all of his sons being failures and something being wrong with them and then Shiv always being held back by her gender. I think in a way he's also hoping for grandchildren as like a reset/worthy successors.

No haha. Nobody expected that from Shiv. Tom would organise a gift basket that he put far too much thought in with an interesting card and Shiv would lift her hand to just sign her name with an eye roll. I think she'd look down on it and see it as Porce sealing her fate as nothing but a mother and wife (similar with Caroline). Connor is nuts but he's a very sweet older brother, he'll be the most doting uncle and his nephew and niece will adore him!

These are such great questions! I think I'll explore them more in another fic similar to this Jonathan one but for Tillie! Thank you for those ideas! I think she'd maybe be "casually planned", is that a term?! But Jonathan would be close to a few years old and they'd think now wouldn't be a bad time to have another so they wouldn't be putting pressure on it but it wouldn't necessarily be an accident. If that makes sense? I think telling Jonathan could be sweet and quite funny. Despite being good at sharing and a polite little man he's used to being an only child and because his cousins are all older he doesn't quite get pregnancy etc. I think they'd have to explain it to him a few times and read some books to him on that. I could also see something silly happening like his uncle Connor asks him if he's excited to meet his baby sister and Jonathan innocently says it's not a sister but an alien in his mum's tummy and Roman finds that absolutely hilarious and makes some more affair jokes. But when Jonathan meets his younger sister he's very happy and excited!

btw i am majoring in graphic design 👀 and through it i am able to utilize most programs outside of photoshop, i have learned more about typography, logos, design concepts, and branding/ how to be more communicating though art... however, my dream job is in concept art/ animation... or just being a full time artist! i dream of being able to create works of art that i want to create rather than what is needed through a company, being able to draw what is fun rather than the "boring" stuff all the time lmao i respect artists like artgerm in being able to create licensed art and anything he wants for a business and i hope to be able to do the same sometime 🥰

You are ALWAYS on time. Literally perfect timing every time 🥰 I feel really lucky to have stumbled into y'all's blossoming friendship early on! It was an accident that's turned out to be one of my best investments 😂

Well she's got a lot of attitude so the darkened beard makes sense lol she's letting it be known! Man it might not be my place to say but I'm really proud of you 💕 I feel like you've taken on so much over time and you just keep kicking butt!

I had to Google ceramic heating for pet reptiles and wowsers! They can up the enclosure's temperature by 10-20 degrees Fahrenheit?! I wish I were a pet reptile LMAO that sounds decadent!

I know what you mean, one of my pipe dreams is like, a lot of the poorer metropolitan areas have a ton of vacant lots, like after a building has been condemned and subsequently torn down but there's no money/interest in rebuilding, there are just these small grassy lots dotting the city here and there... I always wished there could be like a program that collects kitchen and yard waste from the neighbors to make compost and then the soil on these lots can be tested for toxins and then amended accordingly and then turned into veggie gardens that can feed said neighbors 😍 if I won the lottery that would be the charity I would make lol

Yeah she's on like TikTok and Instagram etc etc and she's so knowledgeable it's crazy impressive

Funnily enough I also told my therapist all about book club LMAO I love that for us! I still want to dive back into The Other Black Girl but with perspectives from others because y'all always think of things that never cross my mind and that's super neat

So fret not, the cats did visit!

(Nova has to wear a harness around them because she is just TOO E X C I T E D often times 😂)

And all the dogs did enjoy the fort nightly while it was up:

You're right on the nose, the cats do battle each other a lot, over all sorts of things like space and food and blankets and boxes and who's grooming whom and all the melodrama under the sun 🤷🏻‍♀️ I can't keep up lol

TWO sheds in two months?! Miss Thing is back to doing the most I see! How are you two faring these days? How's school treating ya?

Philly actually planted a lot of honey locust for beautification/urban green planning, and I've read/seen that you can take the seed pods and boil the sweet um goo (??? I'm not a scientist lol) out of them to make a natural plant-based sweetener! But, obviously all the seed pods I see have been crushed by cars and feet and rained on and peed on etc etc so that's a no go 😢

One day, my foraging dreams will come true lol have you seen Alexis Nikole Nelson's (aka the Black forager) content on social media? She's super awesome.

A feeble attempt was made to revive the book club but it's still pretty dead lol at least we have this 😘

I made a dog fort out of our bed when it was really cold last month and Nova was hogging it the other day 😂

I’m actually on time chdhhdhdhdjskendbjdjf, absolutely insane!💀 it will be an entire year I’m just two days and I can’t cope! It feels like we’ve been with each other for a much longer time, and I’m just baffled at the fact that she grew to love me in just a year😳 it’s giving fall in love at a certain amount of time trope, if you know what I mean then you know! (I hope you do…) but still, thank you friend… you’re the sweetest evers!🥺❤️ and I want you to know that with every union, you’re also apart of it as you were there during the early days of my journey with this scaly girl c;

I still can’t get over the back to back shedding, and apparently neither can Freyja. Her beard has been dark during the process😅 anywho, I am doing okay. Between school, work, and having minor health issues going on I think I’m tackling things rather well. As for our girl, she’s a lot happier these days; we’re expanding her diet, and gathering accessories for her enclosure in hopes of sprucing it up! And she’s always warm despite the bitter winter biting us all in the rear before it’s officially spring. Seriously, thank goodness for ceramic heating!

Honey locus? I have to look that up, friend! I didn’t know that was a tree 🥺 very mesmerizing tree with a cool base and warm, autumn favored leaves… I want to see more of those! Philly has good taste. Got me romanticizing a type of tree 🤭 wait— so you’re saying that with this sweet goo that is extracted from these pods, you can make an organic sweetener?! That’s amazing 🤩 I hate that there’s no real opportunity to do that given that you’re living in a city where plant life/resources aren’t necessarily considered(?) Like, if it was cleaner and plants weren’t looked at as embellishments, then that it would totally be doable imo 🥺

I can’t wait to witness your foraging, I just know that it would bring me so much joy as a) you are doing your hobby and b) you’re sharing it with me and teaching me a few things along the way c; I can’t say that I heard about Alexis Nikole Nelson or any of her work but I’ll check it out whenever I can find some time ☺️

And 😭 rip to our bookclub! It was initially productive, and I loved being apart of it along with just hearing everyone’s perspectives on the material c: not to mention I totally bragged about it to my therapist at one point 🤭 it’s a flex, okay! I feel that there may be a revival period if someone finds a really good read 😂

That is soooo cute friend! A doggie fort sounds so cozy and I know for a fact that some cuddles took place 🥰 and of course Nova is basking in the comfort of it all, I really love that for her❤️ I hope Abbie and Lizzie are getting their turns whenever they can lolol and that Wallace and Heller are experiencing great comforts as well in their own feline way c: I feel like they probably squeeze their way into certain nooks and crannies that would incite a war if bothered or removed 😂😅

And of course, I hope Philly weather is being kind to you my good friend 🥰 hope you are feeling well and will continue to prosper in any way you see fit!

First off, being Kageyama's sibling is exhausting

Like seriously idk how you function my love

You aren't like your brother at all

You are quiet, reserved but also amazingly sweet

When the boys first met you, they couldn't believe you were related to Kageyama of all people 🤣

Seriously they were like 🤨 really

"YN I can't believe your crappy-yama's sister! You are like... nice!"- Hinata

"HEY IM NICE"- Kageyama

You just shrug, you are use to your brother getting all the attention

And honestly, it doesn't bother you

You were the teams manager in middle school

So it was just a natural progression to becoming the team manager in High School

Kiyoko loved how skilled you were and how much you helped

Plus you were a buffer for Kags and Hinata before Yachi came along

When Yachi did eventually join, you got the much needed break you deserved 💅🏼

You developed a good friendship with Hinata and you hung out alot

Kags always came with as well even though him and Hinata always fought

And it was true

When it came to tournaments, you loved the feeling

"Hajime!"- you running to hug your favorite person ever

Behind Iwaizumi, the team followed

Including a certain dark and brooding man 👀

He was super grumpy looking but still

Super cute 😍

You hugged Kunimi and Kindaichi and introduced yourself

"I'm Kageyama YN"- you smiling wide

"Kageyama has a twin sister?"- Mattsun

"I prefer superior sibling but yet"- you 💅🏼

Now Kyotani definitely noticed you

And boy did you send this man into feelings

He's literally repeating "so pretty" in his head the whole time while trying not to break his scowl 😠

"YN get away from him"- Kageyama now yelling at you

"🙄 I better get going! Good lucky guys"- you, waving and running back to your team

Kyotani watches you go and can't help but stare

Later on, when you are filling water bottles

You are approached by Terushima

"Hey there gorgeous, it's nice to see so pretty new faces around here"- Terushima

You blush and go back to filling up your water bottles

"Say what is your name? Might I be able to snag your number?"- Terushima

"Umm I'm YN and I don't think so but thank you"- you, just trying to do your job

Terushima is undetermined however 💅🏼

The man has willpower I'll give him that!

"Come on YN-"

"She said no"- a growl said from behind you

You look over to see Kyotani glaring at Terushima

"Hey bro nothing to see here. Move along"- Terushima

He totally would use the word "bro" on a daily bases 🙄

Kyotani steps in front of you and repeats himself

"She said... NO. Now get lost before I ounce your face in"- Kyotani

Terushim just smirks at Kyotani and then winks at you

"If you want my number babe, you know where I am"- Terushima, now walking away 🚶‍♂️

"Hey thanks for that"- you, head down and blushing

"Are you ok?"- Kyotani

"Yeah I'm good"- you

"Do you need help carrying those water bottles?"- Kyotani

You look up, smile and nod 😊

Please he thinks you are the cutest thing ever 😫

He helps you carry the water bottles and turns to leave

Before he goes, mans takes a chance

"Hey can I get your number? I'd like to hang out sometime"- Kyotani, bracing himself

"Sure!"- you, reaching for your phone and handing it to him

He puts his number in and sends a text to himself

Then he gives you a head nod, turns and walks out

Literally just walks out 🚶‍♂️ like nothing happened 🙃

Ok then-

After the game, you look at your phone and see what he said

The message read "hang out on Saturday?" -sent from your phone

And he answered "absolutely. I'm so glad you asked 😏"

Please 😭😭😭

After that day, you started hanging out with Kyotani more and more

When you weren't at volleyball practice you would be texting, calling or hanging with him

Eventually things got serious enough to make it official

You didn't want to tell anyone because we'll, it's none of their business 😒

Plus you knew exactly what would happen 🙄

So when you were hanging out with Kyotani at the park one day, you didn't expect anything to come from it

Unfortunately, as the story goes, that doesn't happen 🥰

You are walking when you come across Hinata and Kageyama running

"Oh crap"- you say, realizing it's too late

Kageyama zoned in on your hand grasped in Kyotani's and mans ran so fast he almost tripped

"MY OWN SISTER BETRAYING ME!"- Kageyama, freaking out

"Hey your that guy with the wicked cutshot!! Hi I'm Hinata!"- our bouncy bby boy 🥰

"Kyotani, nice to meet you"

Only it gets worse

"YN-CHAN!! Wait- OMG MADDOG"- Oikawa coming with Iwaizumi

Iwaizumi notices before Oikawa does

"Are you two dating?"- Iwa 🤨

"You mean betraying me- stabbing me in the back!"- kageyama, going full Oikawa

"MADDOG HOW COULD YOU?"- Oikawa

"Shut up Oikawa"- Iwaizumi and Kyotani in tune

Kageyama is now glaring

"Tobio you are worse than Oikawa"- You

That's right YN, hit him where it hurts

"😱 I am not-" "he is not!"-

Kageyama and Oikawa in sync

Please they both shut up so fast

"Well I'm happy for you two"- Iwaizumi

"Me too!! Hey can you teach me that cutshot move?"- Hinata

"Hinata he is not teaching you anything"- you

"YN 😭😭😭"- Hinata

"Are you two just going to mope"- Iwaizumi talking to Tobio and Oikawa

"YN started it"- again, kags and Oiks in sync

"Are you sure you two aren't twins?"- Kyotani 🤨

You just roll your eyes and walk away
